Summer-time Knotting Hill Micro Wedding

Ever drive to a place you have never been before, and fall instantly in love with the atmosphere? That would be the best way I can describe this countryside wedding.

You pull into the driveway of this cute little farm house, and it turns out, this once large farm turned wedding venue, never lost its country charm. Although in New York honeysuckle doesn’t grow here, we were surrounded by this adorable yellow flower that matched Corrines choice of color.

Artur grew up in the city, Brooklyn to be precise. He started a small design business that created drinkware, pins, and jewelry. The bridal party was wearing Artur’s designs as small gifts for the wedding. He really makes some amazing unique stuff!

Corrine grew up here in Upstate NY. As a local freelance model, she met Artur during a photoshoot that was representing his work. And she was the main subject to display it.

You could say that meeting is what sealed their destiny as future husband and wife.

Meeting them together, as well as the bridal party, you can tell they were meant to be. She’s the “country girl who convinced him to leave the big city,” she said while getting her hair done. He tells it the same way.

“It was love at first sight, really” he told me.

When seeing all of their beloved family and friends, show up one by one, the diversity between the two families alone was phenomenal. They really were a match made in the universe. The style, the cultures, and of course our beloved farmhouse venue.

Corrine’s dress was designed by a local designer she modeled for in the past, and it was stunning and just as unique as her. It flowed gracefully with her movements, I couldn’t help but want one for me!

This intimate wedding sealed the deal for me for wedding styles. Give me all the non-traditional, blended culture, cute and quaint celebrations.

These two are lifers.

The way he looks at her.

The way she stares back at him.

UGH! It brings tears to my eyes every time I see these images!

“Love is like a friendship caught on fire. In the beginning a flame, very pretty, often hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. As love grows older, our hearts mature and our love becomes as coals, deep burning and unquenchable.” – Bruce Lee.

Love film?

I do too!

Film has been a part of my work for the last few decades. It all started with a simple analog camera, a Black & White Film class, and one simple darkroom. I was hooked, and never let it go.

Years passed and now I offer Color and B&W Film in both 35mm and Medium Format hybrid with your gallery.

Memories feel different on film, and I believe you deserve to have an even more nostalgic feel to the memories you will share together.
